The secret things belong to God, but the things He reveals are meant for us to act upon in prayer and personal devotion. Most people spend their lives talking about environmental knowledge—the troubles and problems happening in the land—but God wants us to seek Him so He can reveal His secrets and give us revelation knowledge.

“The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.” — Deuteronomy 29:29

2. Persecution and the Umbrella of Favor
Standing for truth and living righteously provokes hatred in some quarters, but persecution is a pathway to God’s favor. God covers the righteous with favor like an umbrella or a shield; the umbrella does not stop the rain from falling, but it keeps the rain from affecting you so you remain spiritually prosperous.

“For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.” — Psalm 5:12

3. Reasons for Persecution
When you stand for truth and righteousness, the world reacts with persecution for several key reasons:

• Righteousness: The light of a righteous life exposes the darkness in others and makes them extremely uncomfortable because it reveals the wickedness in their deeds.
• Pride: Pride causes ungodly people to fight the truth even when they realize they are wrong because they refuse to admit their mistakes or lose their religious status.
• Jealousy: Favor attracts jealousy, and carnal people get mad when God prospers you with a 100-fold return in lands, houses, and increase.
• Religious Spirit: A religious spirit operates through plastic holiness and legalistic rules, demonizing success and opposing true revelation to stay in traditional bondage.
• Corruption versus Contentment: Easy money and corrupt paths hate the contentment and integrity of those who walk uprightly in God.

“Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” — Matthew 5:10

4. Dealing with Demonic Accusations, Strife, and Rebellion
Satan is the accuser of the brethren who uses rebellious people, busybodies, and gossipers to create division and harassment. If you have no spiritual authority over such people, mark and avoid them entirely; if you are a leader with authority, you must confront them in love so strife does not destroy your home or ministry.

“Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.” — Romans 16:17

5. The Key to Overcoming: Rejoice and Expect the Wealthy Place
The ultimate key to overcoming every trial and harassment of the devil is to take back your joy, rejoice, and leap for gladness. By looking at the end result—just like Joseph and Jesus did—you can laugh through the fire knowing that God will bring you through the fire and water into a wealthy, saturated place.

“Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.” — Psalm 66:12
