Daily Feast – May 27

His Favour makes a Difference

Behold, the hand of the Lord will be on your cattle in the field, on the horses, on the donkeys, on the camels, on the oxen, and on the sheep—a very severe pestilence. And the Lord will make a difference between the livestock of Israel and the livestock of Egypt. So nothing shall die of all that belongs to the children of Israel.- Exodus 9:3-4

Favour is divine assistance beyond what you can do. Whatever you have in the world is like a bird that can fly away. But when God grants you His favour, nothing can stop the blessings He has in store. Therefore, God’s favour covers every area of our lives! By His favour, He has taken care of everything we will ever need—spirit, soul, and body.
So you must link whatever you have with God. Whatever God has done in your life is a little thing compared to what he wants to do especially in these last days when God is pouring out his favour in a mighty way on the earth. My prayer is that you will not miss your portion.

God made a difference between the children of Israel and the Egyptians when he started his judgment in Egypt. But when God was about to do this he brought darkness upon the Egyptian and light over Goshen, the territory of his people. God did not want to punish his people along with pharaoh, therefore he set Israel apart. Beloved, it takes more faith to doubt God than to believe him. The God we are serving is real.

Beloved, God will not have us experience what the world is experiencing even though we are in the world. You do not have to suffer what they suffer, God shall make a difference in your life by preserving what belongs to you just like He did in Exodus chapter 9 where God went ahead to separate between the cattle of the Israelites and those of the Egyptians.

Prayer: I give thanks unto the father, who has delivered me from the power of darkness and hath translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. Glory be unto him in the highest in Jesus Name. Amen
