Godly Relationship
Can two walk together, unless they are agreed? -Amos 3:3
Teamwork is dream work. Many wonder what else they need others for as long as they have all. they ever wanted.
Most times people do not understand the power of teamwork. It is true you can make progress as an individual, but the progress will be faster, easier, with the help of others. No matter how strong a broomstick is, it cannot sweep alone. It needs others to make an impact The devil does all he can to remove an unsuspecting believer from the team of the body of Christ so that no one will be able to help him when an attack comes.
When you see a home divided, know that the devil is there already because division is the devil’s ploy when he wants to destroy a family. Don’t look for the devil in a home divided against itself, for the devil is already there.
3 Levels of Relationship
1. Relationship with God: It should not be based on what you can receive from God. It should be on what you can do with God as he is the Lord in a relationship.
2. Relationship with Mentors and Teacher: Having a spiritual leader is very important for a Christian. God creates a mentor for you so you can go further and farther. It is a pity that some don’t know why God planted them in church. It means having a pastor is a gift. Jeremiah 3:15, Hosea 12:13.
3. Relationship with People: God’s love for humanity is expressed in the gift He gave the whole world. God loves people and you also need people around you. if you are not there for people if you are not there when your help is needed, how would you expect others to help you in your times of challenges?
Your seed of access is honour. You will not have access to the person you don’t honour. If you don’t honour God in your time of comfort, how would you have access to Him when trouble comes?
Prayer: O Lord God, let your glory shine upon me today in Jesus name, amen. You are my advantage in whatever situation I am going through. Amen.
