PRAYERS OF THANKSGIVING

“Come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord our maker”. For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and he sheep of his hand Ps. 95:6-7

1. Let us begin to appreciate God for His goodness and mercies over our ministry for what he did among us in 2023 and what he will do in 2024 because the glory of the latter house shall be greater than the former Hag.2:9
2. Let us give Him glory and praise for his protection, preservation and provision over every arm of the ministry. Ps 91:2-3.
3. Let us praise God for His faithfulness and loving kindness towards our parents and their families. Ps 92:2, 103:4.
4. Let us magnify the Lord for His care and grace on all the pastors, deacon, deaconesses and all sub group leaders serving the purpose of God in our ministry.
5. Give thanks to our God for His protection and guidance over every member of this ministry, the men, women, brothers, sisters and children.

PRAYER FOR THE NATION

1. Appreciate God for his help in our land for he never allowed the wroth of the wicked ones over us. Bless God for every prayer that we prayed over our nation God answered especially concerning presidential election and others.
2. Pray against every negative tongue over our nation. Reject every negative voice that can cause war. Violence cease forever in our land. Ish. 60:18
3. We come against all plots within our country- against our President or other leaders our people. Nothing formed against us shall prevail.
4. Pray that God’s will be done in our nation (Mathew 6:9-10)
5. Father, inspire our leaders to model a way out of this thicket of decisiveness we are ensnared in. May gracious words and reasoned actions inspire heartfelt unity in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR THE COMMISSION

1. Father, let the mighty rushing wind of what you are doing in this house draw multitudes into this commission in the name of Jesus.(Acts 2:2-6)
2. O Lord, open the ministry unto more nations of the world and give us a global harvest.(Acts 8:26-28, Zec.3:10, Ps.68:31)
3. Undo satanic activities, forces, movements against all outreaches both locally and globally. Every commission assignment shall lead to explosive growth and bountiful harvests. Let all satanic strongholds be forced to give up. Eph.6:10-12, Mat. 11:1
4. That the grace of God be sufficient unto this commission. 2Cor.12:9

PRAYER FOR OUR PARENTS IN THE LORD

1. Let us pray that the mighty hands of God will continually rest upon them for protection, preservation and provision. Isa 26:3, 27:2-3, Ps 91
2. That God will continue to strengthen and uphold them. 2Cor 12:10, Isa 40:31, 41:10.
3. As the Lord opens more doors to our parents, let us bind every opposition to their open doors. Rev 3:9, Col 4:3, 1 Cor 16:9.
4. Let us come against every plan of the enemy against our parents that the counsel of the evil one shall not prevail against them. Eph 6:12, 1 Pt 5:8-9, Ps 64:2, 33:10.
5. Let us surround them with God’s tender mercy and power, that as they serve the purpose of God, they will not be hurt nor harmed. 1 Chro 16:22, Rev 11:5.

PRAYERS FOR THE MINISTRIES /MISSION

1. Father, we ask for angelic broadcast of all our programmes in 2024, compel people    to come and see your unspeakable signs and wonders.
2. Let us pray for the Jesus Chapel arm of the ministry that they will be miracles and solution centers where lives are changed for good. Heb 12:22-24
3. That in all our services, the power and presence of God will be evident and that the power of God will be available to save, heal and deliver. Heb 2:4, Acts 5:12.
4. That miracle, signs and wonders will be the order of the day in all our branches. Dan 4:2-3, Acts 4:30.
5. Let us resist every opposition to our growth and expansion in all the lands given to us by God. Eph 8:11-13, Matt 18:18.
6. Let us pray that God will go before us searching out resting places for us in all lands and tongues. Deut 1:33.

PRAYERS FOR THE CHURCH LEADERSHIP

1. Let us receive Godly and skillful wisdom for them to effective lead and prosper in their area of operation. Exo 31:3
2. Let us pray for God’s protection, preservation and provision for them. Ps 41:2, Deut 23:14.
3. Pray against every attack of the evil one against them and frustrate every token of liars against them. Isa 44:25.
4. Let us pray that with renew vigour and grace, all the leaders will continually do more exploits for the Lord. Dan 11:32.

PRAYERS FOR THE WORKFORCE/ STEWARDSHIP

1. Lord, connects us with people of passion-people who encourage and inspire in life. Heb.10:24-25
2. Lord implant within our hearts, the fiery zeal of a Jeremiah, the conviction of Ruth, the fearlessness of Esther and caring spirit of Nehemiah.
3. Pray for people to hear God's call afresh to their lives.
4. Ask that He would renew their sense of purpose and mission.
5. Pray that they might really know that they are 'saved' and 'called' to do God’s will.
6. Pray that the Spirit of God would ignite each person with fresh passion for fulfilling their purpose.
7. Lord God, deliver us from passion killers. There are many passion killers. A few common ones include complacency, difficult circumstances, an unbalanced lifestyle, familiarity, worries, lack, sickness, laziness et.c (Matt.3:11-12. Luke 3:16. Acts 2:3-4)
8. Lord God, protect and guard your flame within us which is our zeal for your assignment.
9. Father connect us with Fire Lighters so that can do things that help us return to our 'first love' (Rev.2:4-5), including dealing positively with negative emotions that have settled into our spirit.
10. Pray for every worker in the church that the zeal of the house of God will continually consume us and that we continue to serve God more effectively and efficiently Jn 2:17.
11. Let us receive a contrite and teachable hearts for all for all the workers in the church Ps 51:17, 34:18,

PRAYERS FOR CHURCH GROWTH

1. Let us resist every opposition to our growth and expansion in all the lands given to us God. Eph 8:11-13, Matt 18:18.
2. Let us pray that God will go before us searching out resting places for us in all lands and tongues. Deut 1:33,
3. Let us lift up every family in the church to the throne of God’s mercy, that the counsel of God will be established and that our homes will be good examples of Christian homes. 1 Tim 4:12,
4. Pray for all our youths (brothers and sisters) in the church, that the Lord will keep and preserve them in the midst of the perversion in their world Eccl 12:1, Num 6:24-25.
5. That they will not be confused, distracted, enticed but remain blameless and spotless in the midst of the crooked and perverse generation. Pro 1:10, Phil 2:15, Heb 3:13
6. Let us pray for all our children that they will be taught of the Lord and continue to grow in the nurture and teaching of our God. Isa 54:13,
7. Pray for every worker in the church that the zeal of the house of God will continually consume us and that we continue to serve God more effectively and efficiently Jn 2:17.
8. Let us receive a contrite and teachable hearts for all for all the workers in the church Ps 51:17, 34:18,
9. Let us lift up every member of the church to God, that our faith will grow exceedingly and that we abound in love towards one another. 2 Thes 1:3, 3:12, Phil 1:9.
10. That God will hide every member in His pavilion. Ps 31:20, 27:5.

PRAYERS FOR THE CHURCH MEMBERSHIP/ CONVERTS

1. Let The Zeal Of Your House Consume Us O Lord  ~
   Psalms 69:9 For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.

   Hebrews 11:5  By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

   1 John 3:22  And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.

   Romans 12:11   Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;

2. Father place in us the burning desire to please you in every area of our lives in Jesus name.
3. I break every human and spirit barrier limiting our works in the Kingdom of God.
4. I bind and cast out from me and from every member of The Name of Jesus Ministries spirit of slothfulness in Jesus name.
5. Father fill us with the spirit of fervency for the work of God.
6. I declare in the name of Jesus that we are free from spirit of laziness in the things of God.
7. Let the zeal for your church consume us o lord I pray in Jesus name
8. Fill us with burning desire to do the will of God.
9. Holy Spirit, Set our spirit, souls and body on fire for the service of God.
10. Create in our souls insatiable thirst for your spirit and the things of God.
11. Spirit of God possess me and my brethren for exploits.
12. Let none of us rest until we have done the will of God in Jesus name.
13. Let the holy anger and divine zeal of Jehu possess us in Jesus name.
14. I war against the host of darkness in the spirit of Deborah, of Esther, and of Jehu in the name of Jesus.
15. In the name of Jesus let the divine passion and spirit of soul winning of Apostle Paul fall on us by fire.
16. I declare I shall not be tired, and I shall not be wearied for it is God that works in me to will and to do His own good pleasure.
17. Let us pray every financial partner; tithers, offers and faithful financiers that the promises of God be fulfilled in our lives and we will not miss our rewards. Lk 6:38, Mal 3:10-12
18. Rebuke the devourer and pray for financial breakthroughs and miracles for us.

PERSONAL PRAYERS

And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. 2 Timothy 4:18

…. that you may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. Colossians. 4:12b

1. Pray that the Lord shall deliver every member from all evil work and onslaught of the enemy all through the year 2024 in Jesus name.
2. Pray that we shall all be preserved unto His glory in Jesus name.
3. Pray that, by the strength of God, we shall continue to stand perfect and complete in all His will in Jesus name.
