 THANKSGIVING PRAYER FOR THE PAST YEAR

1. Father, thank you for being our help all through the year 2023 Ps 121: 1-2:

PRAYER FOR THE NATION

1. We pray for greater and wider pouring out of your Spirit on Nigerians, north, south, east and west to centre, young and new. O LOrd let there be unusual and spectacular noise of acceptance of Jesus Christ in Nigeria. Acts 2:17. in Crusades, In churches and in secular gatherings.
2. We pray for Revival of the Gospel of Christ (Glory) in Nigeria Hab 2:14
3. Lord, as you did to Cornelius and his households, let your salvation visit and lodge in the houses of the unusual people in Nigeria
4. Lord, have mercy on Nigeria and restore the years of lost resources and waste. Joel 2:25
5. Ps 128:5-6. Lets declare these scriptures on the State/Nation where you are

PRAYER FOR THE COMMISSION

1. Let us COMMEND and COMMIT all aspects of work of The Name of Jesus Ministry to the Grace of God. Grace of God supply everything needed to start well and complete well in 2024 - Acts 14: 26; 15:40; 20:32
2. Lets pray for good success and prosperity in all areas by the abundance of Grace upon all preaching, teaching and evangelism in all areas
3. (Read and confess 2 Cor 9:8), ‘’we always…’’The name of Jesus Ministry always…in 2024

PRAYER FOR OUR PARENTS IN THE LORD

1. Let us praise God for the anointing, strength and revelation giving to our Parents in the Lord
2. Let us thank God for the divine Love flowing from them to the members and the congregation
3. Let us thank you for the increasing fulfillment of these scripture upon them; Gen 12:2-3
4. Let us Pray to God according to Acts 4:29-30, Nothing in 2024 will threaten them, intimidate them or oppose them in their lives and Ministerial assignments. Greater boldness and daring Faith to break fallow ground in Preaching and Teaching the Gospel in 2024. That signs and wonders, miracles and spectacular healing be done through the name of Jesus as they preach, teach, pray, counsel and prophesy
5. We receive instantenous answers to their prayers in Jesus Name
6. According to Luke 10:19, Nothing by any means, at any time shall hurt them, no harm, no trouble in Jesus Name. Gal 6:17

PRAYER FOR THE MINISTRY AND MISSIONS

1. We pray to our God, that all the fruits of the Ministries and assignments shall abide and become much more fruitful in 2024
2. Let us pray for SGIC Ado Ekiti, Grace Land Primary School, Ado-Ekiti, Power Publication House, Power Media, Outreaches and Crusades, they shall increasingly be channels of blessings and good news to the people (Acts 10:38),
3. Make these channels also to be greater signs of your Glory and attractions to the Kingdom of God (PS 84: 1-2)
4. John 6: 1-2, 14-15, 26. O Lord, let there be loud and widespread testimonies from these Ministries to bring a multi-people to the schools and our branches
5. Make your name famous by your Acts in Our lifes, O Lord (Ruth 4:11-12; Mark 1:28)

PRAYER FOR CHURCH LEADERSHIP

1. The Lord will raise leaders who are leaders indeed. Men that will provide true kingdom leadership. Isa 55:4. We receive grace to serve God acceptably in our place of assignment and the Grace to do the will of God while leading the people of God. Heb 12: 28
2. The Lord will give people the true heart of a leader. A heart that cares and directs the led. A heart of flesh that can correct and be corrected. Eze 36:26
3. The Lord will give leaders a fearing heart. A heart that fears and honours the Lord. A heart that trembles at the word of the Lord. Isa 66:2
4. The Lord will give us leaders who will always stand at their post. Men who will carry the kingdom responsibility on their shoulders. Men who will stand on their watch. Hab 1:1
5. Our leaders shall find wisdom and gain wisdom in 2024 and dispense same to their respective followers Prov 3:13. The Lord will give us leaders with visions. Men who will be positioned to see the visions of God. Ezek 1:1, Hab 1:1

PRAYERS FOR WORKFORCE AND STEWARDSHIP

1. We receive grace to serve God acceptably in our place of assignment and the Grace to do the will of God while serving God and the Heb 12: 28.
2. We receive grace to fulfil our calling. Grace to complete our assignment. Col 4:17
3. We receive the ability to persevere and be patient. We receive grace for godliness and contentment in our life in and out of the Ministry assignment 1Tim 6:6.
4. We receive the anointing to carry out our duties. There will be both spiritual and physical resources to carry out our kingdom assignment in Jesus name.
5. Lets declare boldly Phil 4:16 and 2 Pet 1:3 on all members assignment in the Ministry
6. We come against, uproot every seed, planting of division, schism and bickering among us in Jesus Name 1Cor 12:25. We receive the flow of honour among us.

PRAYER FOR CHURCH GROWTH

1. Let us continue to pray for growth and expansion of all branches, that God will increase us on every side. Ps 71:21,
2. That God will continue to add to us numerically, physically and financially. Gen 22:17.
3. Command the north, south, west and east across our harvest fields to release and give up our sons and daughters in them up Isa 43:6
4. Command kings and queens to bring our sons and daughters from far and near to come and serve God with us, Isa 60:4-5, 10.
5. O God restore our Zeal for the things of God and his Kingdom. Ps 69:9; Ps 143:11

PRAYERS FOR CHURCH MEMBERSHIP AND NEW CONVERTS

1. Let us declare Ephesians 3:16-20 to our Youth, Children, Men and women
2. Let us pray for all our children that they will be taught of the Lord and continue to grow in the nurture and teaching of our God. Isa 54:13,
3. Let us come against every plan of the devil against every Christian home, bind the spirit that causes division, disagreement and conflict in our homes, 2 Cor 10:5, 1 Pet 5:9.
4. Let us pray for all our women that are trusting God for the fruit of the womb that God will visit them, Deut 7:14, Exo 23:26
5. Let us commit all our new converts unto God, that they will be satisfied and well-nourished as they join us in serving God, that they will not have need of spoil. Gen 50:21a,
6. Let us come against every falsehood of the devil against them all, Ps 119:29.
7. Silence every lying tongue that may want to discourage or distract them from serving the living God. Ps 120:2
8. Let us pray that they be grounded and rooted in the love and knowledge of God. Amos 9:15.

PERSONAL PRAYERS

Phillipians  3:10 - That I may know him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death.

Philemon 1:6 - That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.(KJV)

1. Pray that every member will strive to know God the more, and desire an intimate fellowship with the Holy Spirit.
2. Pray that our lives will be conformed unto Christ’s life, and we shall keep becoming more like Him.
3. Pray that every beautiful deposit of God’s grace in our lives shall find expression, and shall be seen by all in Jesus name.
