Daily Feast – April 30

You Create Your World By Your Words

By faith we understand that the [a]worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.- Hebrews 11:3

Of all the things created by God, human being is the only creature God created to talk and speak audibly. So, you are a talking spirit created in the image and likeness of God (Gen.1:26a). God created the whole world by His word and His word is constantly true. If the word of God brought the world into existence, then His word will also control it. God is the manufacturer, and we are His workmanship; it means nothing about your life and my life is beyond God; nothing about your life and mine take God by surprise.

Many theories have been propounded by scientists about the creation of the world, but none of those theories is as true as God’s word. No one was there when God made the world, but He gave the revelation to Moses so that we will not be ignorant. It is now left for us to either believe God’s word as absolute and true or doubt Him. We should trust God enough to believe every iota of His word because, there is no falsehood in Him, and because God has made everything by His word, He has also put so much power on the tongue, so that His children will frame their world by their words. (Prov. 18:21).

Beloved, you are what you say about yourself. Confess what God says about you and all shall be well with you.

Prayer: O Lord, I come before you today with your word in my heart and upon lips. I believe that your word is eternally settled in heaven. It is settled in my heart. Therefore, I confess; I am blessed, O Lord God because I have your promises in Jesus Name.
