The Enemy Cannot Stop God’s Plan And Purpose For You

God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. -Psalm 46:1

God is looking for people who are sincere to follow His plan for their lives so that He can establish His purpose on earth. I heard the testimony of a couple on an international television station. The wife was relating their experience while the husband was by her side. God gave them enough words for their future. The child was born and one day the husband of this woman died in a hospital having been sick for some days. The nurses had already placed cotton wool inside the nostrils when the doctor pronounced him dead. The woman entered the hospital to see her lifeless husband. Suddenly, she remembered the prophecy that they received one of which is the birth of their long- awaited son.

According to her, if God’s word as touching the birth of a son came into fulfilment, then the other prophecy that they would live to fulfil God’s plan should also come to pass. When information or knowledge gets to the level of understanding because of a revelation it will always produce results when acted upon. She called her husband by his first name; she called him to rise up that death is not their agreement with destiny. The man opened his eyes, and the doctor was called to see the shock of his life. He is alive and beside the wife when she was relating the testimony.

As long as we are card-carrying members of the universe we are faced with challenges. The devil, stealing the dominion of this world from the man, Satan became the rebel holder of man’s authority on earth. He has the three main ministries of stealing, killing and destroying (John 10:10). He is the author of disease and death. But the story does not end there. There is good news that we are called to preach. It is the gospel “go and spell”- that the last Adam Jesus went on our behalf to take back what Adam lost and not only obtained this but gave us the right of sonship. In the eyes of the Father, we are seated with him in the heavenlies far above power and principalities.

Prayer: Thank you Jesus, according your word, I shall not die but live and declare your word in the land of the living Amen.
