Daily Feast – May 13

You Are What God Says You Are

By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.- Hebrews 11:7

Beloved, deciding to do the will of God in this crooked and perverse world may attract despise and mockery to you. Don’t stop doing what God has called you to do because of the fear of mockery of men. Men may mock your faith initially, but when they see God rewarding your faith in Him, they will come to realize that your God is good.

It was found out that, up till the year 1860, there was only one percent (1%) ship as big as what Noah built for God.  This was a man who was a farmer but built an ark because he had faith in the God who commanded him to build.

If God can make a carpenter out of a farmer, God can also raise you to make you a financier of the gospel; no matter your present financial level. God can raise the unlikely from the dunghill to become somebody in life. (See 1 Samuel 2:8). Very many years ago, God raised a man called Thomas Edison, who was deaf in one ear with little or no education to make 1,920 inventions before he left this world. God can raise you to become anything He wants you to be; If you believe in Him.

Prayer: O God, I believe that I am what you says I am. I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me in Jesus Name.
